Lineagewear Leggings – #BestLeggingsEver ?
In one of my regular Google search on plus-size activewear, I read about Lineagewear leggings. The first thing I was attracted to? Their ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS range of prints and colors. ►►►

The ZAÄN Asymmetric Tunic was available at the brand’s pop-up shop at the National Women’s Show in Montreal, last March. Though I was already familiar with the brand – Sophie Paquette (ZAÄN designer in chief!) and I were both involved in the 2016 Montreal + Fashion Week… ►►►
When I travel, whether it’s on the transport to get there (ESPECIALLY in that case) or once I reach my final destination and wander around, I like to be constantly dressed in soft and comfortable fabric and clothes. I think it’s an essential part to me staying sane while exploring new surroundings… ►►►
I discovered by accident the Rocky Ridge III skirt as I was shopping in an off-price department store. Lucky accident though, because this is one of Columbia Sportswear most interesting piece I have ever gotten! (Sadly, this item seems to be unavailable for the moment, but let’s hope Columbia remembers their plus-size lady clients and bring that model back!) ►►►
We hardly ever associate summer heat and ponchos, which are traditionally thick and warm (to be confirmed next September in Peru, haha!). But since last spring, it seems that the light version of this garment is one of the biggest trends for 2016 ! With a more relaxed cut than a traditional button shirt, yet more stylish than the polo or t-shirt, the poncho adds a little Bohemian touch to most outfits, without making it too sporty, but allowing full comfort and ease of movement. The Ashlynn Chiffon Poncho is SWAK Designs’ answer to this year’s trend. ►►►
Summer is definitely on in Montreal and so is festival season! With the (often) scorching heat and through-the-roof humidity – which, in some places we travel, happens all through the year – I thought this was a great occasion to tell you about SWAK Designs’ Summer Chiffon Tank ! ►►►
So here I am again, with another awesome item, straight from the shelves of SWAK Designs: the Essential Gaucho Pants. ►►►
Is inner thigh chafing (a.k.a. “kissing thighs”) your worst nightmare? Tired of automatically having to wear leggings of bike shorts every time you wear a skirt or a dress, even in the scorching summer heat? It’s personally driving me a little crazy, especially when it comes to travel… ►►►
As a backpacker, I try to remain open to as many opportunities as possible, activity-wise. And it’s not because I usually present a quite casual look that I don’t want to be ready for a special night! I often treat myself with the occasional fancy dinner/activity during my trips; often, in order to be able to do that, I need at least one appropriate outfit for the occasion! ►►►
Though a duster is not a “full garment”, I still think this is the kind of item that can easily prop up an outfit and add a little touch to what would otherwise be a pretty bland outfit. Meet the Terri Chiffon Duster, in all it’s sleeveless, maxi-sized, aerial glory! ►►►
